The Learjet 60 aircraft crashed near Cresthaven, about nine miles from President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach County.
According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the aircraft had departed from Austin, Texas, and was heading to the Bahamas when the incident occurred at around 12:50 p.m. local time.
